I decided to try out a meatless recipe for Meatless Monday this week. I love lasagna but it’s not real great for me with acid reflux issues so I set out to find something without the red sauce. I really enjoyed this version of the recipe I found on the net, compiled of like 4 different recipes. Like all my recipes..
Slow-cooker meal. This week I wanted to start back on my cooking kick as I have been lazy as hell over the last 6 months. This past Sunday I decided to shop and prep a few dinners to cook on Tuesday, Thursday and the Weekend. I wanted something hearty, healthier, hot and wanted it to be ready to go by the time I got home. Chili was the thing.
I am always looking for the lighter version of my favorites that are healthier and taste just as good. I have finally found that here and its the easiest recipe taking minimal time.
What are your Labor Day Weekend plans? Is there a BBQ on your agenda? Or maybe end of summer season camping plans?
Maybe you will celebrate your long weekend with a backyard cookout.
This slow-cooker corned beef and cabbage recipe is super simple, you really shouldn’t wait until St. Patrick’s Day to make it. Enjoy it all year around.
Frittata’s are the easiest and heartiest breakfast or dinner item ever. I made my very first one recently and have been making it since. I love that you can add any veggie or meat to it to make it amazing.
